Role: Finance Manager – UK Acquisitions

Location: Home Based with UK Travel

Package: up to £70k

A market leading software house is looking to appoint a new Finance Manager. To manage the financial integration of the company’s UK acquisitions from acquisition through to completion.

As finance manager you will:

·Manage the financial integration project plan for all acquisitions

·Work with the central Revenues team to ensure the effective flow of information to support the production of system data loads

·Provide financial support & advice to the business during the period of acquisition

·Ensure accurate forecasting of staff costs and other direct and indirect overheads

·Assist in the effective set up and ongoing monitoring of business profitability

·Provide support to Operational staff during the integration of the acquired Business

Key Skills needed:

·Fully qualified Accountant with sufficient PQE

·Experience of being involved in the financial / commercial management of contracts/business, preferably in the Private Sector but other sectors would be considered

·Budgeting & forecasting

·Commercial awareness

·Microsoft Office with advanced excel skills

·Month end / Quarterly reporting to strict deadlines

·Understanding of revenue recognition

·Excellent personal skills with the ability to engage and motivate staff

·Process driven with the ability to improve and enhance key business processes
