Role: IT Administrator (IT Asset Management)

Location: Central London (Waterloo)

Salary: £20 – 27K + comprehensive Employee Benefits package (dependant on experience)

A leading provider of IT Solutions with a hugely successful IT Asset Management, (ITAM), Team requires an ITAM Administrator to assist with the delivery of the ITAM services within a very collaborative environment as follows::

Responsibilities include:

* Assist customers with the delivery of the hosted Asset Management software within defined project timescales

* Extract reports on IT Assets and present data to customers

* Respond to customer requests for data

* Respond to customer requests within SLA agreements

* Provide accurate software license guides

* Provide administration support to the team as required

Skills & Experience required:

* 1 to 2 years commercial experience in an IT related role such as a technical support helpdesk where software is deployed would be ideal  

* Computer literate, good Excel and MS Office skills

* Educated to A Level or higher with qualification in Computer Science or Mathematics and a desire to progress in a technology related career

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enjoys data analysis and happy to work with large amounts of data

* Experience supporting and responding to customer requests efficiently, verbal and written

* Highly numerate

* Beneficial - previous experience working with IT Asset Management (ITAM) data or Software Licensing solutions

* Beneficial - Experience within an IT Helpdesk environment
