IT Service Desk Analyst – Leeds
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £15,000 - £17,000 (+ benefits)

Are you looking for your first role working in IT? Do you have an interest in technology and a track record of delivering high levels of customer service?

We are looking to recruit an IT Service Desk Analyst for a global technology company based in Leeds City Centre. Working as the first point of contact for users based UK wide on IT queries you will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service, gathering enough information, and escalating tickets appropriately.

You will respond to a broad range of service requests for support by providing information to fulfil requests of enable resolution. You will also be responsible for First Line triaging & diagnosis, and promptly allocate unresolved issues as appropriate.

An interest in technology and previous customer service experience is highly desirable. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to pursue a career in IT.
